Board of Directors
Valley Global Organization operates as a membership-based non-profit organization with an all- volunteer board, wherein the Board of Directors assumes responsibility for supervising and advising the organization. The officers and directors have agreed upon an oral arrangement that the board will function as a voluntary entity with no remuneration for their service. This arrangement will be revisited annually, subject to the board’s vote. At present, the board comprises the following members:
